Returns

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@jijjo.co.au with your order details.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will happily provide an exchange.

  • Please contact us immediately at info@jijjo.co.au to arrange a replacement.

Exceptions

  • Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return, unless defective or damaged.

  • Sale items and clearance products are final sale unless defective.
